is best to print out the 'summary' page of your selected boat

calling to place your order.
Summary page is located at the end of the 'build
your own' section or simply click any 'buy' button and print the
page that is displayed.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes.
The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties,
taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending
on the country. Please contact your local customs office for

offer two different billing schedules outlined below for our boats.
We require full payment for our kayak kits. Please carefully review
our order cancellation
policy located here.
For your protection as our customer we keep all monies in a trust
account
in accordance with this billing policy.
Full payment schedule
100% payment at the time of order. This method ensures no delays in building.
Installment payment schedule
$2,500.00 at time of order.
$1,000.00 at time building begins. We will notify you in advance of billing.
Remaining balance due, before shipment. We will notify you in advance of
billing. |

Tax |

Within
Nebraska
Action Fish is based in Nebraska. Therefore, we are required
to charge state and local sales tax on orders shipped to or billed
to
a resident
of
Nebraska State.
Outside Nebraska
We do not charge sales tax on orders billed and shipped
outside of Nebraska. |

Online
We accept all forms of payment online. Regardless of how you pay use our
online purchasing system to receive an order confirmation and detailed
instructions on how to pay.
You may pay with your Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® and JCB® credit
cardss directly online. Personal checks, cashiers checks and money
orders will
need to be mailed after online processing.
Email is NOT a secure environment, personal or financial information should
never be sent via email. We do not accept orders via email.
By Phone
You may pay by phone with your Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® and JCB® credit
cards. Personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders will need to be
mailed after calling.
By Mail
In
addition to your Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® and JCB® credit
cards, we
accept personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders for
mail orders. However, we are unable to reserve a place on our
waiting list or ship your kayak kit until your order arrives.

Please take care when placing your order. If a boat order is cancelled
regardless of which billing schedule you choose, there are non-refundable
order cancellation
charges according to the following schedule:
Boat order
cancelled before building begins: $500.00 charge
Boat order
cancelled after building begins and before complete: $1,500.00
charge
Boat order
cancelled anytime after building is complete: $3,000.00 charge
Change
Order
We try to accommodate any order changes you request. Throughout the building
process we keep you informed of our building progress through our web site
and by telephone if requested. If the change requires unexpected additional
labor or materials you will be asked to pay for the additional expenses. |

| Gift
Ordering |

For
U.S. gift orders, we do not send the price with the boat and we
send the order invoice to your "Billing Address." The
person at the "Shipping Address" will receive the item(s)
and a packing list with item numbers but no prices.
We ship all price information with international gift orders to meet
customs regulations.
Gift orders do not include wrapping.
We recommend letting us know via email and
letting recipients know in advance they'll be receiving a gift from you.

Our kayak kits typically ship within 48 hours of order.

Complete Wood Kayaks Waiting
List
We typically have a waiting list for our finished boats that ranges from
4 weeks to 4 months before we can begin to build your custom boat. We require
a
$2,500 deposit for any order on our waiting list. Our average waiting list
time is 6 weeks.
Approximate
Delivery Time
From
the time we begin building your boat it takes 6 to 10 weeks to
complete. In addition shipping takes approximately 2 weeks within
North America and more for international shipments.

| Rush
Orders |
|
Some
rush orders can be accommodated depending on our work schedule. If
you would like a rush order and we can accept it, delivery is typically
within 10 weeks from the time of order. An additional 15% charge
is required for all rush orders. After ordering we will notify you
if we can accept the rush order. If you cancel your rush order because
we cannot meet your timeline, there is no charge and we will give
you a full refund before building begins. After building begins our
standard cancellation policy applies. |
